We will present your resume to a prospective employer only after careful consideration and mutual consent and are the liaison between the client and candidates to arrange and insure a smooth interview process. Our objective is to obtain the highest offer on your behalf. This includes base salary, benefits and other incentives such as signing bonuses that in many cases are negotiable and should be handled by a third party (your recruiter). We assist in successful offer acceptance and timing of resignation and discuss the possibility of a counteroffer and its negative consequences.
